Glued lamellar beams
Glued lamellar beams are perfect for projects that require long spans and architectural beauty. Glued lamellar beams are universal material, they are suitable both for low-rise construction and for large construction projects. Glued lamellar beams allow you to create, for example, representative halls or structures for bridges.
Glued lamellar beams consist of planed lamellas glued in the direction of the fibres. The manufacturing method does not set hard boundaries for element sizes. For the manufacture of glued lamellar beams, spruce or pine lumber of the highest grade is used.
Glued lamellar beams are manufactured either according to the Finnish standard of strength class L40 or the European standard of strength class GL32.
